Want to get rid of fat? Want to start getting rid of fat today? First place to start is exercise – because its easy and costs only time. There are many ways of getting exercise that we usually avoid, but you know what they are for you. Simple examples are:- Use the stairs instead of the elevator Park the car a bit further away and walk a bit more Park the car in a reasonably central location and carry your shopping to it Walk to your restaurant! If you are unfit, go for 10 minute walks – go for 5 minutes and then return This is insufficient to do much good, but even 10 minutes exercise is a lot better than 0 minutes and the most important is that we start and do something regularly that we are comfortable with. Walk at every opportunity Mow the lawns, weed the garden Do a series of exercises every day at a time that suits you – start with a few of each and take it from there. Some days you may not feel like it, so just do what you are comfortable with and get on with your day. Some days you will manage a lot, some days just a few – that life. Be grateful for what you have achieved. Getting Rid of Fat by Eating Better Eating and drinking are an essential part of our life. So why eat rubbish instead of good quality healthy food? Unhealthy food is processed food, because it alters the way our body reacts to the food we eat. Our body processes slow down or just don’t function in the way they should. Experiment a bit with what you eat – try to avoid foods that have a negative effect on you. Try new things to expand the variety. If you cook for yourself – consider whether the ingredients are really essential for the recipe. Many recipes contain large quantities of butter and sugar – do you need them? I no longer need butter or similar spreads in my life. Do you? Try to eat a higher percentage of fresh fruit and vegetables, nuts and seeds and fresh meat, fish and poultry. Getting rid of fat cheeks does not have to be difficult. Just do it now!
